Business is Whimsical

All You Need Is One.

I skipped a day of 108 FLOW. One release a day, for 108 days.

One day, and it felt like the whole thing had stopped. Then somebody who paid to spend an hour with me asked where the video was, and I had to sit there in it.

So I released it.

I don't push out videos. I release them. There's always one thing holding the work hostage. Guilt, shame, fear. That thing goes first. The video is behind it. It was never the video.

Then I watched myself start scrambling. Better lighting, better setup, make the next one ten times better than anything I've done. That was just the next wall, disguised as effort. So I released that too.

Because none of this is about production.

One intention, for one person. Every time I do that, that person shows up in the comments. It never fails.

Don't ask how. Ask who.

So when you sit down to make your thing — the channel, the essay, the app — find the one thing you're holding and let it go. Then find your one person, and let your aura do the talking

They need the same release you just had.

P.S. I'm going to write you most mornings for a while. If that's too much you can turn the daily off and keep the rest, or leave entirely. I won't take it personally.
