Business is Whimsical

The square that carries you

About 88 days before you were born, the Sun was somewhere else. That position is your design side, and it always lands three signs behind the Sun everybody knows you by.

Three signs back is a square. The hard aspect. The one pop astrology taught you to avoid.

Somebody commented this week that she had spent years telling herself she couldn’t stand Leos, then found out her design Sun is a Leo. A Cancer friend of mine said the same about Aries with his whole chest, right before he found out he was carrying one.

Here is what I think is going on. We get handed stereotypes about who we clash with, and then spend a life quietly at war with our own body.

A square is a brace, not an enemy.

I dropped my Sagittarius stereotypes and went and studied the gate my design Sun sits on, 26.1, the sacred salesman. It taught me how to sell without selling. My whole Sovereignty System came out of it. I have a Libra friend whose Cancer partner is building something enormous with her. Both times, the support ran straight through a square.

Something to sit with. Go look at your incarnation cross, four corners and four signs. That’s your assignment, in four parts, and it has been running the whole time. Ask whether a stereotype is standing between you and the version of you trying to help you win.

Your whole cross is already in your Cipher, under Human Design, down at the Life Theme.

Reality’s already written.

P.S. I'm going to write you most mornings for a while. If that's too much you can turn the daily off and keep the rest, or leave entirely. I won't take it personally.
