Business is Whimsical

Be Specific, Not Authentic

Authentic is who you think you are. Somebody handed you that.

Day 7 of 108 · The night series

I woke up at 1:48 in the morning and drove to a bench outside City Hall.

All black. White tee. Gold chain. Moonlight. No script. No lights. One take.Thirty minutes.Eighteen minutes before a window closed that I did not know how to schedule.

I want to show you the whole thing. Not the lesson — I gave that away in the video. The making of it. How I knew to get up, why the title says what it says, and the six places in your own chart you can go look tonight.

Because the video was the performance. This is the mechanics record.

The word that can't be argued with

Everybody is authentic already.

You're authentic with your mother. You're authentic in the group chat. You're authentic at the job you know you're not supposed to be at. Nobody has ever failed at being authentic, which is exactly why telling somebody to be authentic changes nothing.

Authentic is who you think you are. And who you think you are was handed to you.

You came in a blank slate and every identity you own was given: the name, the religion, the neighbourhood, the story your family tells about you at dinner. Then you got old enough to pick some yourself, and the ones you picked were borrowed too. I'm an empath. I'm a breathwork healer. I'm an alpha. You are those things. But there is a you underneath the you that is begging to be seen, and no amount of authenticity will get you there, because authenticity is loyalty to the version that already exists.

Specific is different. Specific costs something.

I was driving one night and saw a mural: Dalí, Frida, Basquiat. Three people you could dress as for Halloween and be recognised across a room. Unibrow — Frida. Purple and ruffles — Prince. That's not a personality. That's a signal compressed so far down it survives being drawn by a stranger.

That's how specific I want you to be about yourself.

I had to kill a name to get there. My government is Elton Conrad Anderson Jr. and you can't find him anywhere now. I don't believe in him. That was the 3D soul, and I killed him, and L10 RAW is the director who walked out of it.

A friend told me not to lose the artist in me. It sat on my chest for days, because he was right and I'd already started. I was getting technical. Analytical. I was building tech and losing the thing that made the tech worth building. And my first instinct was to reach for another title — spiritual artist — which is what I always do. I try on titles like costumes.

Here's the part I didn't say on camera: the reaching for a new title was the problem, not the solution. I don't need a better costume. I need to take one off.

Your light is not lost. It's under a pile of clothes. You are not designed to go find it. You are designed to remove the layers.

The third eye has been pointed the wrong way

Two eyes look out. They project. Everything you see out there is a reading of what's in here, which is why two people can walk the same street and come home with different cities.

The third eye was never supposed to look out.

But that's what we've all been doing with it. Watching the spiritual content. Balancing the chakras. Reading the man who died in 1972. I did all of it — I lived in Bali for two years during the pandemic, every psychic, every reader, the whole ballet. Respect to all of it. It was somebody else's homework and I did it beautifully.

Turn the eye inward and there's fog. That's the brainwashing. The fog is every identity you took in and never questioned, and clearing it is not mystical, it's mechanical: you get specific until there's nothing left that isn't yours.

You are the only book you need to be reading. Treat yourself like a rabbit hole.

And the chart is not a prediction. It's a cheat sheet. Mine told me to speak daily — Mercury in the third house, which is corner-store talk, group-chat talk, the way you speak to people you're comfortable with. It told me to do it strange — Aquarius on that Mercury, and strange is the whole point. It told me the door I come through is Scorpio, which means depth before disclosure, which means I don't warm a room up, I change it.

It told me I expand where it's hidden. Jupiter in Scorpio in the twelfth. When the veil is thin and everybody's asleep is when I can say the thing.

That's why I'm on a bench at 1:48 in the morning and not at a desk at ten.

The night the sky handed me a piece I don't own

Here's the part that makes this a documentary and not a motivational video.

I was born at 23:07. That's a night chart — the sun below the horizon at the moment I arrived. A night chart shot at night is the instrument and the conditions agreeing, and it's the cheapest edge available to anybody reading this. Find out whether you're day or night. That's when you're open.

I didn't choose to get up. Gate 6 is on my Design Mars, and design is the part you don't choose, you surrender to. Mars is what gets a man out of bed and into his car at two in the morning.

And gate 6 was moving that night. The sun sat in the fifth line of it from 3:04 Friday morning until 2:06 Saturday morning. I started at 1:48. I caught it with eighteen minutes left and I said the time out loud on camera because I wanted the timestamp in the record.

Gate 6 is Friction. It's a Virgo gate, and my Earth is Virgo, so the sky and the ground I stand on were the same element that night. Friction plus Virgo is cut away what doesn't serve. That's the whole message of the video and I didn't write it. I caught it.

The moon was somewhere else doing something better. It sat in 54, and I carry 32, and 32–54 is the Drive — a channel I cannot complete by myself. For the length of that shoot, the sky was the other half of a circuit in my body.

I had the drive to start the money circuit. Not because I decided to. Because it was temporarily true.

You cannot schedule that. You can only be awake enough to catch it, which is the actual argument for inspired action and the only one I trust. When it hits you, move. The delay is the no.

How the title got made

I'll show you this because it's the part nobody shows.

Be Specific, Not Authentic is a contradiction of a virtue. Authentic is unarguable, so I argued with it. You cannot scroll past a sentence that disagrees with something you thought was settled.

The gate underneath it is 62 — detail, precision, the unspeakable made speakable. And 62 sits on my North Node, which means I don't own it yet. It's the direction, not the possession. Which is why the title reads like an instruction to myself, because it is one.

How to Brainwash Yourself Before 2027 is a claimed bad word plus a deadline. Brainwash is a word you're supposed to flinch at. I took it and put a date on it.

All three of my Head gates — 63, 64, 61 — hang in an open Crown. Three pressure gates and nothing to discharge them through. The middle of that video is turn the third eye inward, and that is not a metaphor. That is an open Head being cleared in public.

Every title I've ever made is a refusal. Never a promised benefit. I'm not telling you what you'll get. I'm telling you what to stop.

This worked on me. Go find out if it's true for you.

Day six named it: become fluent in yourself.Day seven gives you the method: be specific.

Same argument, one step further. That's how the thread runs, and it only ever runs backward.

I'm not teaching you. I'm clearing your board so you can play your own game. I gave you Easter eggs on camera and I'll put them in order here, because a homework assignment nobody can find isn't an assignment.

THE SPECIFICITY PASS

Six places to look, tonight, in your own chart. Not to learn astrology. To stop being general.

1 · Day or night. Was the sun above or below the horizon when you were born? That's when you're open. Night charts get their downloads late. Stop fighting your own hour.

2 · Your rising. This is the door everything comes through — how you arrive before you speak. Mine is Scorpio, so I don't do light entrances. Find out what yours is and stop apologising for how you land.

3 · Your Jupiter. Where you expand, and the house tells you the conditions. Mine is hidden and twelfth, so I grow in the dark and show it later. Yours might grow in a crowd. They are not the same instruction.

4 · Your Moon, and its gate. What you feel, and where it wants to go. Mine is in the ninth — travel, publishing, doctrine — and it sits on gate 56, the storyteller, second line. Second line is the natural who has to be called out. Nobody called me. I responded anyway, and that's the compromise I make with my own design.

5 · Your Mercury — sign and house. This is your actual voice. Not the voice you think you should have. The house says where you speak, the sign says how strange you're allowed to be.

6 · Your Midheaven. What you're for in public. Mine is Leo, which means the answer to my career was always in front of a camera, and I spent eighteen years standing behind one.

Then the thing that makes the other six worth anything: when it hits you, act on it. Don't schedule it. Don't improve it. The delay is the answer, and the answer is no.

That's eight. I said eight to ten on camera and I'd rather give you eight that work.

This is not personal. This is data.

Every video is a reading I take of my own signal, and the comments are the instrument reading me back. I'm getting paid to collect data on myself, which is the strangest sentence I've ever written down and also true.

And I misspoke on camera about one thing. I said I've wanted a million subscribers for forty-four years. That was the old want. What I actually want is a million hours with my fractal. Views are cheap — do a backflip off something tall and everybody watches. Time is the metric, because time is the only thing a person cannot fake giving you.

So take the eight. Go look. Come back and tell me which one surprised you.

I don't know who you are until you tell me.

Make yourself necessary.
