The Taboo Frequency

Nothing you carry inside yourself is actually taboo.

Conditioning taught us to hide our rawest frequency.
We traded innocence for shame and curiosity for guilt.
These two low vibrations kept me silent for 44 years,
Now I can finally speak the raw truth.
My spoken voice was easy. Fluid. Magnetic.
My written voice was the one I sent into exile.
October 15, 2025 - I picked up the pen,
March 2026 - I put the camera down.
Five months between deciding and stopping.
I've been existing in the vortex. Doing a public pivot.
While overcoming writer's paralysis on a daily basis.
I'm learning that the blank page is not my greatest fear.
It was the exile within me and I was afraid to say her name.

THE BLACK SIDE OF THE MOON

Her name is Lilith. She lives in all of us -- where the sky meets the body.
She is the dark feminine exiled from the Garden of Eden. Standing in her truth was her only rebellion. My rebellion feels like whimsy.

The day I found Lilith, I was actually looking for myself.
Seven years in the liminal space. Trying to force my way out.
Reality doesn't bend when you push. It waits on your response. Your satisfaction, peace and success are the driving force, you're just the passenger.

This was the turn for me. After a lifetime of identity issues, I finally found the language. I became fluent in myself.

And this is the part you can't skip.

Find your exile and remove the shame by writing its name. Give it the attention it deserves. Your taboo dissolves when love is the answer.

DON'T ASK HOW, ASK WHO.

"How?" is the riskiest question you can ask yourself. That one word can send your mind into a spiral. No need to overthink. Your manifestation is already done. It's just waiting on you know who.

1. Who are you hiding from?
2. Who is your fractal?

Spoiler Alert: They are the same person. Your identity shift is a pivot within. So you don't need another manifestation technique. You need to understand your mechanics.

Techniques are in the mind. Mechanics are in the body.

Projectors create the invitation through aura. Your projection field is strongest when you know who to focus on. (Your authority carries the answer)

Generators attract through identity. Who you are is what you draw in. (Your highest self aligns through satisfaction)

Manifestors get what they want by who they repel. You were born with a direct line to your fractal. (create the things that bring you peace)

Reflectors use whimsy at their leisure. Be surprised by how life shows up for you and more will come.

The injury is in the act of being witnessed. You know when you're ready to be seen.

Consider social media a digital gym. You shine when your reps are in public. Right before you're ready to procrastinate. Write for balance. Write to the wound.

The thing you ignore never goes away; it just sits in the shadow, waiting for you to get tired of running. You can run but switch the direction.

I spent decades trying to force the words out, treating writing like it was hard labor. I didn't realize that the force itself was the block.

The universe loves when you get ahead of yourself. Reality only weighs you down when you hesitate. Surrender isn't throwing in the towel; it's stepping out of the way of your own body chemistry. I let the whimsy win. That is the rawest voice I possess. What I thought was shadow work was inviting me to play. I searched for Lilith in my body. She was hiding in gate 26. The Trickster. My wound was already in on the joke.
