Why aren't you having fun building your business?

Better yet, why are you not serious about making money?

You've heard this before but I'll say it again — this is the best time in our existence to make money online.

I know it seems like everyone is a personal brand. Or trying to sell you something after every scroll. Around 2015-2016 it felt like the algorithm got hijacked by influencers.

This left a bad taste in my mouth for years. Social media didn't seem fun anymore and personally, I was a little bitter.

Not because the algorithm sucked, per se. The content did get more entertaining and more educational over the years. But my beef was with myself. I had been a travel influencer, I had gone viral plenty of times but every time I would post another brand's product it felt like a piece of my soul was for sale.

The money was good. My spirit was not.

I had influence. I had a niche. What I didn't have was the secret to my own sovereignty.

In 2022, Human Design taught me my mechanism is magnetism and I've been building ever since.

I didn't want to buy another course or another digital product. Trying to be authentic using someone else's technique is insane and left me feeling empty.

Then one day at what felt like the depths of my low, it all clicked.

Sales is spiritual. Creating a system is alchemy.

Monetization is the channel to your higher self.

When you learn to surrender to signal is when true manifestation begins.

I · YOU DON'T HAVE A MONEY BLOCK. YOU'RE SCARED TO SELL.

Sales is a skill.

It got a bad reputation over the years and it corroded into an internal belief that's keeping you poor.

There's money everywhere on social media. The pie is infinite. Your piece of it is waiting — you just have to make a plate.

But you won't make the plate because somewhere along the way somebody taught you that wanting to be paid is a character flaw. That the pure version of you would give it away. That charging for the thing you're good at makes you one of them.

So you built a whole spiritual practice around not asking.

And you called it a money block, which is a nicer thing to call it than what it actually is. A money block sounds like something happening to you. Being scared to sell is something you're doing.

Here's what I found when I stopped calling it a block.

I have a channel in my chart called Surrender. Gate 26 to Gate 44 — the Heart to the Spleen. In Human Design it's the wealth channel of the tribal circuit, and it's the one part of the money circuit that was built whole, no gaps, nothing missing.

It's called Surrender. Not persuasion. Not strategy. Surrender.

Somebody named it that decades before I needed it to be true.

I'm a Generator, which means I respond. And responding is surrender with a different name. So the sales mechanic my body was issued is the exact thing I spent twenty years being ashamed of.

You don't have a money block. You have a gate you exiled.

II · EVERYBODY WANTS TO BE FAMOUS. WHERE ARE THE ARTISTS?

Sales is an art form.

Music sells. Fashion sells. Your favorite celebrity is selling you an illusion every single day and you are eating it up. So why aren't you taking notes on the mechanics behind it?

Most people look at a successful founder or creator and try to clone their aesthetic. That's where you fail. You have your own traceable storyline that you keep ignoring. Don't copy the style. Copy the system.

In his book Steal Like an Artist, Austin Kleon's whole argument is that nothing is original — every new idea is a remix of what came before. But stealing like an artist doesn't mean copy & pasting someone else's content. It means studying the underlying architecture of your influences, breaking them down to their rawest elements, and running them through the unique filter of your own mechanics. It’s not plagiarism; it’s lineage.

I approach my entire copywriting career like 90s hip-hop.

The Birth of L10 RAW.

When Notorious B.I.G. and 2Pac hit the scene there was nothing like it. Both Geminis, mind you — they created culture with their wordplay. They changed the game with their flow.

The lyrics, the double discs, the Coogi sweaters, the luxury. Take me back.

I was barely in high school at the time but this is when I first recognized what we call aura today.

Watching them is exactly how I stepped into L10 RAW. I took the raw mechanics of my Human Design and astrology, blended them with the precision of copywriting, and flipped it into a brand-new register.

Every great artist carries an alter ego — a sovereign vehicle they step into when it's time to perform. Jay-Z had Hov. Beyoncé had Sasha Fierce. Eminem had Slim Shady. That alter ego isn't a fake persona or a mask you wear to deceive people. It is the un-inhibited, un-conditioned frequency of your aura taking the stage without your logical mind getting in the way.

The online world is currently starving for originality because everyone is out here copying styles, using the exact same generic hooks, and regurgitating the same trendy funnels. They are trying to be famous influencers instead of sovereign artists.

Or worse, using AI to create unoriginal slop. You should only use AI to sort and fact check. Never to create your art. People should feel your soul through your signal.

Your aura is the exact part of the system you've been ignoring.

Consider this your personal artist development: stop trying to be an influencer, pull the raw material from your own chart, flip the sample, and let your aura hold the mic.

III · YOUR WEALTH IS IN THE SHADOWS

Sales is a spiritual practice.

If you know the dark night of the soul then you know it's the part of a spiritual awakening nobody talks about. I went further into it in The Taboo Frequency.

That's where I met Lilith.

Initially, I blamed her for being the worst but Lilith was my own exile. The part of you that got sent away for being too much, and she refuses to be made palatable. Lilith is RAW and in my chart she sits in my second house — the house of worth — on Gate 26, welded to my unconscious Sun.

The salesman and the exile are the same coordinate.

Which is why every time I was afraid to sell, it died. I wasn't softening a sentence. I was exiling the gate.

The most diabolical part: the dark night is the one thing you have to do alone. Nobody can decondition for you. Nobody can go down there and find out what you buried.

But you can't stay down there either. The shadow is where your treasure is. What you find has to come back up and get shared. Sales is the exchange. Your system is the channel.

Your wound is where your wealth lives. Not because suffering is currency — this isn't trauma. Because the thing you survived is the only thing you can hand somebody that they can't get anywhere else.

The medicine you found for yourself is the medicine.

We are in the great lock in. Four months left in the year, and that's just enough time to change your life.

You can be spiritual without the costume. Without the crystals. Without the fear of being visible in your gift. You were born a spiritual being, and every moment you don't share your gift you're eating away at the essence designed for your abundance.

Trying to manifest without momentum left me at a standstill. So I stopped waiting for courage.

I was afraid to sell. The one thing I was designed to do. So I turned the fear into fuel. And fear isn't a figure of speech, my Motivation is Fear. It's printed in the chart. Yours is printed too.
